When will I see results?
Most campaigns begin showing results within 24 hours. Depending on your package and platform, full delivery takes a few days.
Is it safe for my profile and content?
Yes — our methods are safe for your accounts, content, and distribution (like DistroKid or TuneCore).
We only use real engagement and platform-approved strategies.
B: About my Order
My order hasn’t started yet – is that normal?
Yes, please note that it can take up to 24 hours for new orders to begin, depending on the product and current demand.
On some platforms (like Spotify), this is completely normal — streaming stats may not update immediately, and it can take some time before you see progress reflected. If nothing happens after 48 hours, feel free to contact us using the form below.
My order started but then stopped. What should I do?
Your order will usually finish within the estimated delivery time listed on the service page.
In some cases, we may temporarily pause your campaign for safety reasons — for example, when platforms update their systems.
Unlike others, we don’t rush risky overnight delivery. We prioritize your account’s safety and will resume your order shortly.

My credit card got declined. What can I do?
If you see the following errors when paying:
• 33333 – 3D Secure failed: Your card doesn’t support 3DS. Please try a different card.
• 3000 – Do not honour: Your bank declined the payment. Contact your bank or use another card.

I chose PayPal . How do I complete my payment?
If you selected PayPal (manual payment), please follow the instructions shown after placing your order.
Send the exact amount to our PayPal address and include your Order ID in the payment note.
You’ll also find the instructions in your order confirmation email.
If payment is still pending, we’ll kindly remind you.
If you’re unsure, contact us and we’ll guide you through it.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are only issued if your order was not delivered or could not be fulfilled.
If your order hasn’t started within 72 hours, you’re eligible for a refund.
However, once your order has started or been completed, refunds are no longer possible.
If you believe there’s an issue, please contact us with your Order ID, and we’ll review it promptly.
Some Followers dropped - what should I do?
It’s normal for some followers to drop over time, as we don’t control the individual users who choose to follow you.
Only fake/bot followers would stay forever – and we don’t offer that.
But no worries: all follower services come with a free refill warranty.
To request a refill:

Select the subject “Refill”
Include your Order ID (found in your confirmation email)
Refills may take a few days to process, depending on the service.
