FAQ – Most Frequently Asked Questions & Answers

Usually your order will be completed within the estimated delivery time that we show on the service’s page. But sometimes we decide to pause your campaign without any notice. We don’t do that without any reason. It is always our goal to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible; however, there may be certain circumstances such as an upgrade performed to a Social Network that may make pausing your campaign necessary. Your account’s safety is our first priority ! Some Companies out there might deliver the service overnight which can put your account under a unnecessary risk. We will do it the safe way for your account/video or song. Don’t worry, we will speed up your order shortly. You can find more infos in our Terms of Services.
Please ensure the following criteria are met before placing an order to secure a successful delivery.

Usually all orders start within 24-48hours.
If you have experienced an issue with the delivery of your order or your order has not started at all please contact our support team for assistance at the Contact form below. Please don’t forget to add your ORDER ID.
Definitely not! All we require is a link/the username to your profile or song/video so that we can find you! Our team will never ask you for any login details.
The only circumstance in which you will receive a refund is if we do not start your order in the first 72hours. However, if your order has been started or completed we will not issue a refund.

Drops on your Followers or Views don’t make you eligible for any refunds. If followers/views or likes drop, you have a refill warranty included. Please send a refill request in the contact form below. Please don’t forget to add your ORDER ID.
Products can be easily purchased with: all major credit/debit cards (Visa/Mastercard/Maestro), PayPal, Cryptocurrency and Western Union. Note: reserves the right to take legal actions against any type of Credit Card Fraud and Identity Theft. In addition to that, Fraudulent Chargebacks will result in a suspension of the affected profiles/fanpages/songs and videos.
Typical Error Messages:

33333 – 3D Secure authorization failed The customer did not finish the 3D Secure authorization, did not enter a special security code, entered an invalid security code, or closed the authorization window too early. Our Card processor is Europe based and therefore is required to ask for 3DS authentication. If your card does not have that feature, you might get this code. Please try a different card.

3000 – Do not honour The cardholder’s bank declined the payment for an unspecified reason. The customer should contact the bank and ask for the transaction to go through. Mostly US-Mastercards are affected. Please use a different card or let your bank manually allow this transaction.

We guarantee that no one can view or share your payment details as we can’t store them. Thanks to our 256-bit SSL protection, it is impossible for hackers to steal your information, meaning that your payment info is always safe! Even we as the merchant do not have access to your payment infos – meaning we only get notified by the payment processor (e.g. PayPal) if a payment was succesful received.
First of all, we have never experienced drops on Spotify, Soundcloud or other music platforms. On Youtube it’s very rare to have drops on your views (less than 1% of orders).The reason were always certain updates on the platform itself. Thus, we cannot completely rule this out. However, you have a lifetime refill warranty included. If you had drops on your order, please send a refill request below mentioning your ORDER ID.
Since we don’t control the accounts that follow or like you, some might disappear after time. Only bot accounts would stick forever – real users can unfollow you. But don’t worry, all your services include a refill warranty. All you have to do now is to send a refill request in the contact form below. Please select the subject ”Refill” and add your ORDER ID. You can find your ORDER ID in your order confirmation mail which was sent to your billing email adress. A refill on followers may take a few days to complete.
